Amazing place, coming from an avid houseplant collector and lover with over 200 thriving plants in my home! My grandma introduced me to Reiff’s and it will be a go to for me from here on for all my houseplant wants and needs!

I ordered 9 flats of strawberries through a friend who called to double check that their flats were a true 8 qts, which is 12 pounds, as each quart should weigh 1.5 pounds. They told my friend they are approximately 12 pounds. I used my digital postal scale to weigh them and not one flat even weighed 10 pounds. We called them and they promised us they would make it right and get the missing 22 pounds to us, so I drove an hour to get them and they would only let me have one fuller flat but wanted me to pay for the other one. I left the other one there. I was told by Ivan that if I truly want a 12 pound flat of berries I can pick them myself and pay by the pound, but if they pick them it's by the quart. Then why weren't they straight with us from the beginning? Approximately 12 pounds per flat means a little less or a little more than 12, not 1.5-2.5 pounds less. I was so shocked that they promised one thing over the phone but then tried to make me pay for part of the missing berries that I forgot to show them my photo proof. The berries were some of the best strawberries I've had in years, which is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1. I'll go back to the farm that's more than an hour drive from me as they actually give me a true 8 qts/12 pounds per flat. My "savings" by going with Reiff's instead of Bagge's ended up costing me much more and I have less berries to show for it. So be aware in advance that their flats are simply 8 qt boxes, mostly filled, but not nearly 12 pounds, unless you pick and weigh them yourself.

I am a complete plant junkie and I love this place. They have everything from vegetables to house plants and trees and garden flowers.
